Carroll gardens

Carroll Gardens was named after Charles Carroll, a Maryland signer of the Declaration of Independence.Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens neighborhood shows its heritage in the many traditional Cafes and Shops on Court and Smith streets. Hip boutiques, cool fashionable bars and trendy restaurants are here, also. The pretty, leafy thorough fares are lined with stately old Brownstones and garden-fronted residences, many of which are home to young families and upwardly mobile professionals.
